- Personal Coaching — In your 75-Minute Coaching session, you’ll get support to refine your wellness gameplan, actually customizing your plan to your unique lifestyle, with account for your whole health history and current life circumstances. You'll also gain the gain direct access to your coach throughout the 45 days via "the Group Chat" to answer your questions as they come up and get support on overcoming barriers over the course of our journey.

This chat keeps you filled up with love, accountability, and connection and with those who are walking the next 45 days out with you in our curated crew of hunnays who are also on our health journey.
- Weekly Wellness Love Letter Bulletin — weekly guides sent directly to your inbox filled with meal ideas and recipes that are seasonal and tap into our ancestral lineage; journal prompts and other resources to keep your 45 days exciting, nourishing, grounded & guided. With these weekly bulletins, you'll cultivate rituals that make wellness feel fulfilling versus a chore, and root us back in the ways our ancestors not only survived but thrived.
Upon purchase, you'll receive a "next step" guide in 24-48 hours that will include the call calendar, your starter templates and more yummy information about our next 45 days (or so) together.

Sharing, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or repurposing any program materials outside of the Rhythm Wellness Co. community without prior written consent is not permitted. Community content shared by participants remains the property of its original creator; however, by participating in the program, members agree not to copy, distribute, or use other participants’ shared content outside the group. Unauthorized use of program materials or content may result in removal from the program and, where applicable, legal action for copyright or trademark infringement.
Confidentiality & Community Care
The Rhythm Wellness Co. 45-Day Wellness Kickstarter Program is a shared, intentional community rooted in respect, trust, and care. By participating, members agree to honor the confidentiality of the group and the lived experiences shared within it.
What is shared in the community stays within the community. Participants may reflect on their own personal insights or growth outside the program, but may not share, quote, record, screenshot, or reproduce the stories, words, images, or identities of other participants without their explicit permission.
This space is not intended to replace professional mental health, medical, or legal support. Participants are encouraged to engage at a pace that feels supportive and to seek outside care when needed.
Community care means showing up with curiosity, kindness, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Rhythm Wellness Co. reserves the right to remove any participant whose actions compromise the safety, integrity, or well-being of the community.
By joining and purchasing this program, participants agree to uphold these principles in order to maintain a supportive and protected environment for all.
All participants must sign (digitally) a contract confirming they have read this Confidentiality & Community Care clause before they start the program.
